When we show Trebellar agents to a workplace team for the first time, the most common reaction is relief, not fear. Nobody joined a real estate team to spend Tuesday reconciling a badge export against a seating chart. The gathering, cleaning, and cross-checking is the part of the job people are happiest to hand over.

So that is where our agents start. They do not decide which floors to give back. They make sure the person who does decide is looking at a complete, consistent, current picture – and they show their work.

Pulling utilization, lease events, headcount projections, and cost data from every connected source, on schedule, with every value tied back to where it came from.

Reconciling

Flagging the places where sources disagree – the floor that HR says has 140 people and the badge system says has 90 – and proposing which one to trust based on the rules in the ontology.

Drafting

Turning the reconciled picture into a first draft: a portfolio summary, a lease renewal brief, a board slide with the numbers filled in and the sources footnoted.

• Negotiating with landlords, business units, and finance.
• Choosing which trade-offs are acceptable when the data points in two directions.
