We raised $18M to build the AI-native platform for corporate real estate

Today we're proud to announce our $18M Series A, led by Blossom Capital with participation from Haystack, Alt Capital, 1Flourish, and Bynd Venture Capital.

Legal, HR, and finance all have AI-native platforms built for how they work. Corporate real estate, the second-largest expense for most enterprises, hasn't had one until now.

Real estate teams have tools, but those tools weren't built for AI. Leases, space, headcount, and utilization data sit across systems that don't talk to each other, so every major decision starts with weeks of reassembling the picture by hand. Dashboards show what happened. Consultants deliver a report that's outdated on arrival. Neither helps teams make the next decision faster.

That's what we're building. Trebellar turns the information real estate teams already have into one live view of their portfolio: how much space they have, what it costs, and whether it's working for the people using it. We add commute times, transit access, and team sentiment so decisions reflect how people actually work. Then Trebellar tracks why each decision was made, whether it held up, and what to do next.
