The AI/ML role at Trebellar will play a pivotal role in shaping our product roadmap and helping to define how and where to apply machine learning in our software stack.

As a Senior AI/ML Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our talented development team, working on complex projects and contributing to the success of our flagship products. As an early member of our growing team, you’ll:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to identify business requirements and design AI/ML solutions.
• Research, prototype, and develop scalable and robust AI/ML models and algorithms using state-of-the-art techniques and tools.
• Clean, preprocess, and analyze large-scale structured and unstructured datasets to extract meaningful insights and features.
• Build and deploy AI/ML models into production environments, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Evaluate and fine-tune models using statistical analysis, experimentation, and other validation methods to achieve optimal performance.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and libraries, and propose innovative ideas to enhance our capabilities.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior AI/ML engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.

We seek candidates who possess a range of backgrounds and different experiences. Some of the functional qualifications we look for include:  

‍

• Proven experience (at least 5 years) working as an AI/ML Engineer, with a strong background in developing and deploying AI/ML models in real-world applications.
• In-depth knowledge of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, with the ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Experience with big data technologies and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Nice to have: Solid understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience deploying AI/ML models in cloud environments.
• Nice to have: Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, with a focus on AI/ML.
